Meet Justin! 
Justin has been with Special Olympics South Dakota since he was 10 years old. His birthday is February 15, and he lives with his mom, Penny; dad, Kevin; and sister, Paige.
The Aberdeen Area Hub City Express is Justin’s delegation which he loves because he enjoys trains and that’s the mascot of the team! With them, he participates in bocce, bowling, cheer, swimming, and athletics.
Outside of Special Olympics South Dakota, he enjoys watching Thomas the Tank Engine, Bear in the Big Blue House, and anything that has talking animals. He listens to music and dances; he’s always grooving to music in his own way!
His favorite Special Olympics memory was when he won the Spirt and Sportsmanship Award at the 2023 Special Olympics State Basketball Tournament for Cheerleading.
He loves his coaches Missy Hill and Jay. He also appreciates it when his family and friends can come and watch! He loves making new friends!
