Meet Landon! 
Landon lives in Watertown and is starting his freshman year this year. He’s been involved with Special Olympics South Dakota for five years and is with the NESC Rockets! He has a little sister and two cats.
He participates in basketball, bowling, athletics, and soccer.
Landon has a variety of hobbies outside of participating in Special Olympics, he plays video games, creates videos, rides his bike, hangs out with friends, and travels with his mom and sister. His favorite thing to do is make videos of cars.
This summer, Landon started BMX racing in Las Vegas and traveled to Wyoming, Utah, and Nevada. He loves to travel and got to hike Red Rock Canyon in Nevada. He is excited to start his first job soon.
His favorite Special Olympics memory is at Summer Games, he was able to make new friends with some of the Unified Athletes and got to compete with his best friend. He ran his fastest 200-meter and 4X100 Unified Relay.
